Description
Do you dream of waking up to the sound of the river or lake just outside your tent? We have set up a ready-made camp at one of the best trout lakes in Kautokeino. Here you will stay alone, far from other people, with big trout as your closest neighbor.
This is the offer for those who want the total wilderness experience without the heavy lifting. We transport you and your gear to a pre-pitched camp (lavvo/large tent) equipped with a stove, cots, and all necessary equipment.
Transport: Between 1 to 2.5 hours travel time.
We provide you with a "angler's map" of the best spots before leaving you to the silence and the golden trout fishing.
Included: Transport, fully rigged camp with all necessary equipment, and local knowledge. Highlights: Having your dream lake all to yourself when the evening bite sets in. Suitable for: Groups of friends or anglers who want to stay comfortably, yet primitive and isolated.
Please note: Since we have several rivers and lakes with trout, it is best to contact us to discuss which location suits you best!
Prices cover transport and the camp stay for up to seven days. Shorter stays can be arranged, but do not affect the price.

Traditional food on the mountain plateau - the taste of Sápmi:
Complete the ice fishing experience with a taste of a true feast. We offer Bidus, a traditional Sami festive meal made from reindeer meat, potatoes, and carrots. We deliver the food pre-cooked and vacuum-packed, so it is easy to heat and serve out in the field. This is a hearty and nutritious meal that provides both warmth and new energy after a long day out in the cold.
