Description
Grayling fishing in Kautokeino is rumored to be one of the best places in the world for grayling! One of the rivers where we offer grayling fishing is the grayling paradise Mazejohka. Grayling are rewarding fish that rise frequently and fight bravely. Grayling mostly coexist with trout, but when you target grayling, you will catch them more often than you catch trout.
Do you dream of waking up to the sound of the river or lake right outside your tent? We have set up a ready-made camp by one of the best grayling waters in Kautokeino. Here you will stay alone, far from people, with grayling as your closest neighbor.
This is the offer for those who want the total wilderness experience without carrying heavy loads. We transport you and your equipment to a pre-pitched camp (lavvo/large tent) equipped with a stove, cots, and all necessary equipment. We provide you with the "woodsman's map" of the best spots before leaving you to the silence and the golden grayling fishing.
Transport: from 1–2.5 hours in Included: Transport, fully equipped camp with all necessary gear, and local knowledge. Highlight: Having your dream water all to yourself when the evening bite begins. Suitable for: Groups of friends or anglers who want to stay comfortably, yet primatively and isolated.
Please note: Since we have several rivers and lakes with grayling, it is best to contact us to discuss which location suits you best!
Prices cover transport and the camp stay for up to seven days. Shorter stays can be arranged but do not affect the price.
